Abstract

Plants generally considered greenhouse gases \\Especially in subtropical regions of Fujian Province, the forest coverage rate ranks first in the country , whether the plant will have a direct impact on methane emissions in the subtropical region and the world 's methane emissions inventory . This selection subtropical regions ( Wanmulin nature reserve , Minjiang estuary wetland , etc. ) 60 kinds of plants as the research object, using the indoor culture studies of plant leaves and whole plants methane emissions , methane emission rates also discussed the influencing factors . The results showed that : room temperature (12 ~ 18 ℃) conditions, 60 kinds of plants, 22 kinds of plant leaves does not emit or weak emissions of methane, 38 kinds of plant leaves methane emission rates ranged from 0.10-0.73 ngCH4 · g-1DW · h- 1 ; and aerobic conditions in the plant leaf methane emission rates between different subjects showed some differences in the size of the order: legumes gt; Magnoliaceae gt; Lauraceae = Sankoh gt; Fagaceae ; shrub leaf methane emission rate slightly higher than the trees, aquatic plants than terrestrial plants , conifers slightly broad-leaved species , but the difference was not significant (P gt; 0.05); 40 ℃ lower leaf methane emission rate of up to 2.46 ngCH4 · g- 1DW · h-1. For the whole plant , most of the methane emission rate showed a negative value. Light, ultraviolet radiation , temperature and mechanical damage detached leaves of plants important factors for methane emissions .
