Abstract


The science and technology is the primary productive force.", In the face of an increasingly competitive construction market, it is valuable and meaningful to study on how The Fourth Construction Bureau of China Railway Group Engineering Co. Ltd. to establish and implement science and technology development strategies based on its internal resources and external environment.As is known to all, the strategy is the direction of the enterprise development, the enterprise technological development strategy is the area of the enterprise strategy, the enterprise technology development strategy is an important component of corporate strategy. Therefore, utilizing strategic theory and referencing internal and external environment, to make the long term objective and development strategies, are an indispensable tendency. In this paper, with the aid of Strategic management knowledge, PEST Analysis and Porter Five Forces Models as well as SWOT Analysis are used. Using PEST model, the company’s opportunities are researched through the environmental analysis of the enterprise development environment. With the method of Michael Porter’s Five Forces Model, this article identified the company themself in the status in the construction field, in order to develop and implement appropriate technology development strategies, enhance competitiveness in the market. SWOT Analysis on the company’s strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and challenges presents some proposals, providing the basis for the company’s technology development strategy formulation.On the basis of the above comprehensive analysis, The SWOT model has been built, the sustainable development strategy of science and technology strategy for the company has been put forward, The overall goal of the company’s future development of science and technology has been clear. This goal further analysis indicates that the company to achieve the goals of the development of science and technology process is in fact the process of enterprise growth. Then, the author offered next development thought way and countermeasures to the company on how to achieve its goal.Finally, the six key strategic safeguard measures were put forward:The first, to strengthen organization and leadership; The Second, to optimize the system and mechanism; The third, to integrate technical resources; The fourth, to build talent highland; The fifth, to increase investment in funds; The sixth, to strengthen the application of the results.
