Abstract


The solar energy with wind energy, hydropower together as the energy of our country future development trend, known as the renewable green energy, will have an important impact on the national economic development and the lives of residents, thus obtained the fast development. Photovoltaic power generation is the main utilization of solar energy development trend. In order to make the best use of solar energy, photovoltaic power generation system must be added the maximum power point tracking. At the same time there will be inevitably shadow while use the solar battery process, the shadow in the system with maximum power point tracking is more necessary. The main contents of this paper are:1. From the solar cell based on the mathematical model of solar cells, according to the physical model and mathematical model, build solar cell Matlab/Simulink model, and make the solar cell output characteristics simulation analysis. Analyze the intensity of solar radiation, temperature on the output characteristics of solar cell effect.2.According to the shadow covered solar battery mathematical model and a solar cell based on the mathematical model, set up local shadows on the solar cell Matlab/Simulink model, analysis the output characteristics of different shadow area of solar cell effect.3. To partial shade covering the solar cell model as the basis, using Matlab/Simulink simulation of small power boost chopping circuit. Using perturbation and observation method of maximum power point tracking analyze light intensity on solar power while the solar cells in the absence of the shadow cover cases. Select climbing method and instantaneous scanning method maximum power point tracking in partial shading case, and comparison of the two algorithms.4. Introduce the DSP chip TMS320F2812of TI company, and use LiTian company’s development board DSP2812as the control core of the system, make the power switch of the on-off control to achieve the output of the solar cell maximum power point tracking, and the system is protected.5. According to maximum power tracking of the partial shadows on the solar battery Matlab model, calculate the inductance, capacitance parameter, make voltage sampling by using a resistor divider way, using DSP TMS320F2812chip to control the on-off of IGBT, select TLP250as a power drive module, design and production of the Boost circuit hardware model, on the Boost circuit by using the lower solar with in the absence of shadows and partial shade. Use perturbation method and instantaneous scanning method to make maximum power tracking comparison experiment.6. Combined with the simulation results and conclusion of hardware, instantaneous scanning method compared with perturbation and observation method in the system can be realized, efficiency, improve the existing problems of the system.
