Abstract

This thesis consists of two parts: the first part of the CuI -catalyzed synthesis of multicomponent reactions to SS bond symmetric azetidine derivatives. Multicomponent reactions also called \synthesis method , compared with the ordinary reaction has its unique advantages: atomic economical, environmentally friendly, step constitutes multiple bond, and simple operation . Multicomponent reactions in organic synthesis has become a very important part , by the increasing number of research groups and chemist 's attention. In our research group , based on previous studies , the development of the first part of this thesis to SS bond -step synthesis of symmetric azetidine methods , studies show that : CuI -catalyzed multicomponent reaction with mild experimental conditions , simple operation , the reaction selectivity , easy separation of the product , etc., our research for the SS bond azetidine Synthesis provides a simple and efficient way . The second part DMAP -catalyzed one-pot synthesis of naphthalene and furan derivatives . Organocatalyst its environment-friendly , stable, cheap, requiring a simple reaction conditions , etc. In recent years, research has made great development. The second chapter studies of 4 - dimethylaminopyridine (DMAP) as catalyst Catalyzed Condensation of 2 - hydroxy Kenai aldehyde ( ketone ) and bromoacetophenone pot synthesis of naphthalene and furan derivatives , and synthesized a new series of naphthalene and furan derivatives. DMAP -catalyzed synthesis of naphthalene and furan derivatives exhibit a high yield , simple experimental conditions , the advantages of easy separation of the product . This method is the synthesis of furan derivatives naphthalene and provides a new and efficient way .
