Objective By copying the rat model with alcoholic menopause syndrome, observe the soybean flavone in and two fairy soup on the growth performance of the model rats and the influence of endocrine, with its provide the basis for the establishment of the new model of menopause,and further explore the fairy soup and soybean flavone on menopausal symptoms improvement mechanism,provide reliable for clinical drug use safety and rationality of the experiment results.Methods Two months of age fifty,healthy female SD rats were randomly divided into two groups,control group of ten,and model group of forty,continuous feeding after4weeks,were randomly selected from control group of two,model group of two,the anatomy of their ovaries removed,and HE dyeing method to observe the morphological changes,to the naked eye made mould to determine success.Subsequent model group rats were randomly divided into four groups, each group of eight (death six) during the process of building,namely model group,the second fairy soup and model group,the soybean flavone group and model model group,pentanoic acid estradiol and model model group(positive control group):In physiological saline respectively,4.05ml/kg two fairy soup concentrate,50mg/kg soybean flavone,0.09mg/kg pentanoic acid estradiol lavage.Blank control group(control group):lmg/200g normal saline lavage.Observe the general life,lavage after4weeks,weighing and kill rats,blood testing serum estradiol(E2),follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH); And remove the ovaries,uterus tissue dissection,naked eye and HE staining to observe the morphological change;And detection of ovarian estrogen receptor beta.Result SD rats building success.Lavage after4weeks,in addition to the model group,each weight were increased.Two fairy soup and model group,the soybean flavone and model group significantly higher serum FSH level is positive control group (p<0.01).The soybean flavone model group compared with positive control group significantly decreased serum levels of E2(p<0.01).Two fairy soup and model group compared with no statistical significance (p>0.05).Ovary and uterus and HE staining results and shown to the naked eye:in addition to the control group,have obvious anomalies.Immunohistochemical ovarian estrogen receptor beta shows:the average optical density and gray value differences no obvious statistical significance (p>0.05)Conclusion The rat model with alcoholic menopausal syndrome is a kind of practical model of menopause,two fairy soup and soybean flavonoids on the growth performance of SD rats model and endocrine have certain influence,mainly for E2and ovarian morphological changes.
