Methods:the study determines the content of sulfur in206kind’s different single bruises Chinese medicine herbs adopting atomic absorption spectrometry. The content determination is finished in Spectral Analysis labor in Chemistry and Chemical colleague of Shanxi University. Using statistical software such as Excel and SPSS19.0and using statistical method of analysis of variance and the corresponding relations, we analysis and research content characteristics of sulfur in different commonly used bruises Chinese medicines which have different natural characters, attending efficacy, properties and smells.Results:1. In Chinese medicine of mineral, animal, rhizome, herbs and bark the mean of sulfur content is higher. There exists a corresponding relationship between single mineral Chinese medicine and sulfur content.2. The mean of sulfur in bone and muscle strengthening Chinese medicine is significantly higher than that in hemostasis, pain-relieving, swelling-subsiding,heat-clearing and detoxicating Chinese medicine (P<0.01), and is significantly higher than the sulfur content level in damp-clearing, blood-invigorating Chinese medicine(p<0.05).3. There is no difference in the average content of sulfur normalized between the Chinese Medicines Board. There are differences between traditional the bladder Chinese medicine and the content of sulfur. There is corresponding relationship between reverted bladder Chinese medicine and the content of sulfur.4. There is no difference of the mean content of sulfur between traditional Chinese medicines of different potencies. There is corresponding relationship between tepid medicinal Chinese medicine and sulfur.5. There is no difference of the mean of sulfur in the traditional Chinese medicine of the bruises of different Smells. There is corresponding relationship between acrid, sweet, traditional Chinese medicine and sulfur. 6. The sum of amino acids is high in the16herbs of different natural properties, efficacy, meridian and taste.Conclusion:1. Sulfur elements in traditional Chinese medicine has the effect of strengthening and continuing bones. The combination of the single herbs of pain, swelling, bleeding, blood stasis, clearing heat and detoxification, qi, sedative, Bu Zhong Yi Qi class which have a high sulfur content and the use of a reasonable dose, contributes to acute and chronic sports injury treatment ligamentregeneration of the tendon, bone injury repair.2. High16taste sulfur content of Chinese medicine, the high content of amino acids in the sum of animal and plant medicine in the amino acid content and amino acid sum of the content may also be bone continued reinforcement of the effectiveness of the desired material composition and medicinal ingredients.3.
