Abstract

Currently, a variety of portable electronic products, such as mobile phones , digital cameras , MP3 , MP4 , demand is growing rapidly. The growth of these products for power management chip , especially the needs of the DC / DC converter will be further expanded. Based on the needs of portable electronics power supply , designed to be based on a the adjustable analog feedback Buck DC / DC converter . In the conventional PWM voltage mode modulation DC / DC converter based on the structure to improve the PWM control circuit , all the way analog feedback loop , the feedback loop through the phase detector and charge pump circuit triangular wave generating circuit and error amplifier regards loop feedback control , the triangular wave generating circuit and the error amplifier and combined form by summing comparator , and the error voltage into a triangular wave signal generated by the charge and discharge current of the capacitor via the voltage - current conversion circuit , the feedback the loop sampling the output voltage feedback control of the charging time of the triangular wave , thereby adjusting the duty cycle of the PWM signal , this feedback loop enhances the stability of the output of the converter , to improve the response speed of the converter output voltage , and simplifies the design structure , reducing the area of ??the layout of the converter . The DC / DC converter input voltage range of 3.3V - 5.0V , output two routes output for chip analog circuits and digital circuits , maximum output current of 120 mA and 300 mA , the output voltage range of 1.53V-2.05V is adjustable , the converter switching frequency of 1 MHz . Simulation results show that the efficiency of the converter of up to 94.79% . The converter overall simulation results show that the correctness of the results of the converter design , and finally using UMC's 0.18-micron process to achieve the territory of the converter , and sent taped .
