Abstract

Purpose:To study the effect of early intervention by different dosage ofatorvastatin (20mg/D and40mg/D) in patients with acute coronary syndrome.Method:We selected60patients who had been done coronary anyiographyfrom Sep2010to Sep2011in the Second Hospital of Jilin University, they wererandomly divided into conventional treatment group and intensive treatment group, each group include30patients. The conventional treatment group on the basis ofroutine treatment, including atorvastatin20mg/D, bedtime.Intensive treatmentgroup on the basis of routine treatment and then, was given atorvastatin40mg/D,bedtime.All patients were give atorvastatin within48hours since they come tohospital.CRP、BNP、Hcy and quota of liver function were detected before thepatients took atorvastatin. And then,after4weeks treatment, they were detectedagain.And20cases for control group who be confirmed without coronary heartdisease by angiography.Result: The concentration of serum CRP, BNP and Hcy in patients withacute coronary syndrome is higher than the control group(P<0.01).CRP and BNPare significantly diffrernt between UA group and AMI group.CRP and BNP of twotreatment groups are significantly decreased(P<0.01).Hcy of concentrational groupdid not change significantly after4weeks treatment,Although the intensivetreatment group had a slightly descent trend, but without statistical significance(P>0.05).The two group showed no adverse reaction after4weeks treatment. Conclusion:CRP, BNP,and Hcy levers increced significantly in patients withacute coronary syndrome, they can reflect the severity of the illness. Intensive atorvastatin did more concentrations in reducing the levers of CRP、BNP. Therewas a dose effect relationship.
