Abstract


Around the city near the mountain of great significance to maintain the ecological security of the region as a whole , but also restricting the further expansion of the urban space . At present, China is in the acceleration phase of the process of urbanization , the rapid expansion of urban land in the short term is an unavoidable reality . How to protect and take advantage of the good city surrounding ecologically sensitive mountain land , an important issue for the spatial development strategy research . Beijing is located in China geomorphology second the ladder leading edge , constitute a the northwest natural ecological barrier , from southwest to northeast extension of the Taihang and Yanshan encircle the formation of the Southeast , \The shallow mountain as a transition zone between the mountains and plains , on the one hand , as the mountains ecological function conservation important buffer areas ; On the other hand , close to the city center , good location reachability possible alternatives by the farming security restrictions in the future plain areas , urban space expansion extended zone . The shallow mountain often becomes the most significant areas of protection and development conflicts : both mountain development - oriented research level , starting from the conservation , focusing on the building has control ; practical level, this \approach neglects the internal demand for mountain development , but planning guide absence , leading to weak local government land control , development projects everywhere , resulting in inefficient protection .
