Abstract

To of a company LCK6180G type BRT buses designed to establish the finite element model suitable the BRT buses skeleton and articulated system , through the application of the model , the vibration characteristics of BRT buses and vibration analysis in product development stage to predict the performance of the product , in order to shorten the development cycle and reduce development costs . The topics are summarized as follows : CAE pre-processing part : BRT bus frame and chassis parts modeling hinged plate modeling in CATIA skeleton part modeling in ANSYS , and then in the HyperMesh assembly, as well as mesh . Finite element model to optimize and simplify the principle focus on optimizing the part of the impact research directions , some small impact on the Bus vibrating structures and components for proper fitness simplified, such as the engine or the like impact on the structural strength of the smaller quality parts with the quality of the unit instead . 2 , due to the suspension of passenger vibration great full suspension of the research models theory analysis , analysis of the impact of the suspension parameters of automotive vibration . 3 , modal analysis : BRT bus frame modal analysis, the natural frequencies of the frame is obtained and some of the local modes , the dynamic characteristics of the structure , so that the vibration frequency of the frame to stagger the frequency of vibration of the vehicle , ensure comfort while taking into account the stiffness of the frame , to make the frame vibration characteristics evaluation . 4 , the fatigue analysis : focus on random vibration fatigue damage caused on the frame . According to the the traveling two conditions of stress analysis , to identify parts of the frame , hinged plate stress concentration points , fatigue life analysis . According to the analysis of the life of the frame to provide a reference for the design of the frame .
