Abstract


After recovering the Master’s Second round of examination,the Master’s Second round of examination didn’t be paid attention by Educational administion and high school,so the second round of examination didn’t take into effect.At last ten years,education for all-round development and innovative talents are paid attention,as the high level education,The guraduates’education is in the front.So from the visual angle of all-round development education,The Master’s Second round of examination should be valued.So Educational administration did a series of reforming on the Graduates’enrollment system since 2003,which emphasized on increasing weigh of the Second round examination and enlarging the high schools’ autonomy,especially after The opinion of Ministry of Education about strengthening the graduate’s second round of examination putting into effect,the Master’s Second round of examination is as important as the First examination.At the same time,there are more and more researches on The Master’s Second round of examination in academic world,such as inquiring the relationship between government and high school macroscopically, discussing problems of The Graduates’Second round of examination,and establishing the Index systerm of Graduates’Second examination,.Indeed,those researches are useful for the Second examination,but it isn’t enough,because those researches don’t reflect the difference among the subjects. Just for this purpose, the author named this Master’s Thesis as "Establishment of Index System of arts Master’s Second Round of Examination".Surrounding with building index system of arts master’s second round of examination, this study defines concepts of the "master’s second round of examination", "arts", and "index system" with using the methods of interview survey、documentary analysis, ascertains basis and principles of building the index system of arts masters’ second round of examination. So a complete index system of arts master’s second examination contains three levels of indicators,and its operational details of indicators are be explained in this article.The main part of establishment of index system of art master’s second round of examination is composed of "formative processes"、"interpretation of content" and "key points of implementation". In the "formative processes",this study makes the foundation clear on policy、education、subjuct. Combining with 5 principles,author form the index systerm containing three-level indicators and the relationship between them.In the "interpretation of content",this article emphases on meanings of the index system, analyzes the weight system in detail; In the "key points of implementation",this research explains the target of assessment、the type of assessment、the main body of assessment、the object of assessment, illustrates suggestions about indicators’ calculation、collection of data.In the opinion of author,the index system of arts master’s second round of examination should consist of intellectual indicators、capability indicators and adaptive indicators. The features of this research reflect in two main aspects:(1)Using the way of interview,we acquire lots of vivid and detailed information,and on the basis of these information,we set up the index system of arts master’s second round of examination. This shows a certain amount of innovativeness.(2)A preliminary index system of arts master’s second round of examination that has been established can breakthrough previous studies that emphasis on the model——"the problem-the reason- the countermeasure".
