Abstract


Borges used labyrinthine narrative to create all kinds of strange fantasy and story. These novels have concise language and contain profound philosophy. The art of fiction creation also developed to a new peak in his hands. His novels which make the text everywhere filled with the beauty of fracture and the delay effect not only break through the traditional novel in the form mode of writing, but also open the road to the door of wisdom of the universe relying on the interaction of fiction and reality, fantasy and reason.In the novel world, maze perspective, image and design is Borges’ narrative magic. They work together, and make Borges’ labyrinth world filled with full-bodied temperament. In the narrative labyrinth, Borges created three layers of art dreamland under the action of oriental quest, dreaming and artistic imagination. Borges’ novel world has a unique effect of defamiliarization because of white space and narrative delay. The amazing experience of literary aesthetic is generated naturally. At the same time, Borges not only has the literary talents of fiction and fantasy, but also understands the way of literary truthfulness and art rationality. Time is multidimensional, and life is like a dream. Borges expresses his philosophical thinking about the mystery of the universes in the form of literature. Literature is a dream which has a guide, the world is a mystery. In conclusion, Borges created a fictional world which is full of surprise; we always on the way to explore the mystery of the world, which is the ultimate enlightenment we can learn from Borges’ narrative world.
