Abstract


Based on linguistics and relevant subjects, this paper will use Chinese contractlanguage materials and protocols to analyze the parole characteristics and parolespecifications of the contract.Analyze the influence of the socio-professional leveland professional superiority of the main body who uses the professional contractlanguage on contract parole characteristics. The contract language act have somecharacteristics, such as diversity commitment, non-immediacy and timeliness, backtautology speaking manner and “word-text-act” linear characteristics. Contractdiscourse component also has some characteristics, such as its stylized structuralmodel and the discourse point to a single. And then we gradually come to theargument and figure out that the contract parole specification should focus onlanguage level specification and the Speech actor’s ethics level.Both language uselevel and moral accomplishment are will affect parole specifications.this paper of its preliminary innovation is that we based on parole to study theparole characteristics and parole specifications, and pay more attention on main body,speech act and language results in the part of parole characteristics, also had pay moreattention on language use standard and ethics standard of the main body,then putforward on the corresponding strategy and standard. This research ideas can havemore effective and clear cognitive interpretation on the contract. Due to the limitationof the study, this paper also have some problems,such as the study is not full and deepenough, the theoretical research has not been put into the reality validation and lack ofadequate data to support the paper. However, this paper will build a new study systemfor us to research contracts or the similar object. We can speculate that the futureresearch will go to the details from the aspects of the research, and put into socialpractice to verify and realize the organic integration of theory and practice.
