Abstract

[Objective] through the determination of acute coronary syndrome (Acute Coronary Syndrome, ACS) patients heme oxygenase 1 (Heme Oxygenase-1, of HO-1) levels, to explore the H0-1 levels and coronary artery lesions in patients with ACS correlation. [Method] to select the main complaint of chest pain patients admitted to hospital 68 cases with selective coronary arteriography Judkin's Law line is divided into coronary angiography normal control group, 20 patients with unstable angina (Unstable Angina Pectoris UAP) of 23 cases of acute myocardial infarction (Acute Myocardial Infarction, AMI) 25 cases. UAP group and AMI group, each group is divided into single-vessel disease in accordance with the number of diseased vessels, double vessel disease group and three lesions; Gensini score into Gensini score is less than or equal to 20 packets, 21-40 grouping, higher than the 40 packet groups measured by ELISA in HO-1 levels and biochemical markers. [Results]: the UAP group HO-1 levels (8.23 ± 1.44 ng / mL) and AMI group HO-1 levels (13.39 ± 2.14 ng / mL) were higher than the levels of HO-1 of the control group (6.02 ± 1.08 ng / mL ), were statistically significant (P lt; 0.05). AMI group HO-1 levels (13.39 ± 2.14 ng / mL) was significantly higher than the UAP group HO-1 levels (8.23 ± 1.44 ng / mL), with a statistically significant difference (P lt; 0.05). The Gensini scores UAP group is less than or equal to 20 packets, 21 to 40 packets, higher than the the 40 packet HO-1 levels (7.14 ± 1.07 ng / mL) (8.42 ± 1.29 ng / mL) (9.40 ± 1.50 ng / mL), HO-1 level increased with the severity of the lesions increased among the groups were statistically significant (F = 5.638, P lt; 0.05). Gensini scores of AMI group is less than or equal to 20 packets 21-40 packet, is higher than the the 40 packet HO-1 levels (8.06 ± 0.79 ng / mL) (9.38 ± 1.03 ng / mL) (11.40 ± 1.79 ng / mL), HO-1 level increased with the severity of the lesions increased among the groups were statistically significant (F = 11.035, P lt; 0.05). UAP group with single vessel disease, double vessel disease and three-vessel disease group HO-1 levels were (6.92 ± 1.04 ng / mL). (8.46 ± 0.94 ng / mL). (9.87 ± 1.50 ng / mL), HO- 1 levels and increased with the increase in the number of diseased vessels, and were statistically different between groups (F = 9.241, P lt; 0.05). AMI group in single vessel disease, double vessel disease and three-vessel disease group H0-1 levels were (8.92 ± 1.12 ng / mL). (10.21 ± 1.97 ng / mL). (12.62 ± 2.16 ng / mL), HO- 1 levels and increased with the increase in the number of diseased vessels, and were statistically different between groups (F = 6.496, P lt; 0.05). [Conclusion]: ACS patients H0-1 levels increased with the severity of coronary artery disease and higher. HO-1 can reflect the scope and extent of coronary artery lesions.
