Objective To investigate the factors such as estrogen levels in postmenopausal women with coronary heart disease in patients with coronary artery lesions . Methods A case control study to collect and admitted to hospital due to suspected coronary artery disease in patients with postmenopausal women ( menopause ≥ 1 year ) , divided into CHD group ( 68 cases ) and non-CAD group ( according to the results of coronary angiography 41 cases ) , check estrogen , progesterone , blood glucose , blood lipids , uric acid , fibrinogen and hemoglobin , and collect the traditional risk factors for coronary heart disease were compared. And grouped according to the number of coronary lesions and coronary lesions Gensini score results of the assessment and evaluation of coronary artery disease in estrogen levels in postmenopausal women . The result of coronary heart disease group than in the non - CHD group was older , hypertension, hyperlipidemia, high incidence , and estradiol , low hemoglobin levels ( P lt; 0.05 ) . Logistic regression showed that for women with coronary heart disease risk factors of high blood pressure and high triglycerides ( OR value 7.884,7.34 ) , estradiol and hemoglobin protective factors for women with coronary heart disease ( OR values ??of 0.905 and 0.853 ). But no statistically significant differences in coronary lesions of single, double vessel and multivessel group of estradiol and progesterone levels , and coronary artery lesions Gensini score gt ; each group of estradiol and progesterone levels the difference was not statistically significant . Conclusion postmenopausal women with increasing age , estradiol levels decline, the imbalance of estrogen and progesterone , the upward trend in the incidence of coronary heart disease rates . Postmenopausal women with coronary heart disease by multiple risk factors comprehensive walls with hypertension , hyperlipidemia , and the hemoglobin level is less than not suffering from coronary heart disease , and coronary lesions gradually increased with the menopause time main , multivessel disease . Estradiol is protective factors of women with coronary heart disease , it postmenopausal women with coronary severity was no significant correlation . No affect progesterone levels high and low degree of coronary lesions in postmenopausal women .
