in July 2008 ,Jilin provincial and government make a plan of increasing a billion of grain, Land Consolidation is one of the important project, it makes a great significance of land resources sustainable use. In this paper, we choose zhenlai in the west of Jilin province as the land consolidation research object, analysis the land consolidation project environmental impact, select the implementation of land consolidation projects in five years (1987, 1999, 2003, 2005, 2008) and post-implementation period (2009)remote sensing image Maps, analysis the landscape pattern ,choose jianping as the main study area, choose the landscape diversity indexădominance indexăfragmentation index and the fractal dimension index and so on to study on Jianping area,and make the following conclusions: (1) before and after land consolidation project, the number of saline patches and dry patches increased in number , their fractal dimension index decrease, patch shape index, dominance index, fragmentation index increase, although the implementation of the land consolidation project is in the early stage , it affect the land consolidation , in the land consolidation projects it may lead to the salinization of the following evaluation(2)Landscape diversity index increased from 1.378 in 1987 to 1.438 in 2005, then decreased to 1.348 in 2009, after the land consolidation in 2008 the biological diversity decline.In 2005,when land consolidation is not taken, Jianping landscape diversity index was 1.438, in 2009 the diversity index is 1.348,the diversity decreased. (3) in 2005 landscape dominance index was 0.641,in 2009 landscape dominance index was 0.732,the landscape dominance index rose, the land use types develop to single and the dry land is the major land use type. (4) Based on remote sensing analysis shows that, salinization of land area shows the trend of larger, saline land area only small than dry land area. Analyze the reasons for the current run for the initial land consolidation projects, many of plowing land is not only farming, there may exist ecological risks. We should take measures to control this condition, to grasp the change of landscape ecology, build the establishment of regional early warning system of ecological systems, to prevent the loss of self-regulation of ecosystem function.According to the field survey, remote sensing and analysis landscape change , this paper proposes the establishment of monitoring programs in the study area, and the formate of dynamic monitoring of land consolidation area network, to ensure land consolidation plan smoothly.
