In the twenty-first century, students have a healthy personality, good mental qualities to deal with complex social process, however, exam-oriented education to tie him down, the students were overwhelmed, particularly serious psychological problems. Left-behind students in rural areas are more young people in special groups, they are experienced by the children-teenagers-adults-mature period of change, both children of tender, ignorant and young people, both minors impulse, but also adults bud. From the physiological and psychological aspects of the junior secondary level belong to the plasticity, the development of the most important stage. Complex social environment also affects the left-behind rural junior high school students, lead to the occurrence of a variety of psychological problems For rural left-behind junior middle school students in Tianjin,we have conducted a questionaire survey to461students from two rural schools in Wuqing District.Our final aims are:1.To do further investigation of rural left-behind’s psychological health situation.2. To explore the factor influencing mental health status.3. Put forward to the effective countermeasure.This study uses Middle School Student Mental Health Scale by Professor Wangjisheng, The results of the investigation show that:1.At present, the score of left-behind is higher than other students in mental health scoresand learning pressure, anxiety, depression factor score.2.Left-behind’s mental health is different from others in gender and grade. Based on the above findings, the research from the social impact of the educational concept of the guardian, family missing, the absence of the school education analyze the causes of mental health problems left-behind junior high school students, and proposed to return home, the responsibility of the school, government oversight mainly three countermeasures.
