The psychological capital theory originated in other countries, and preliminary development by the concern and attention of more and more Chinese scholars. High school student groups due to its unique position and it faces pressure and competition in the domestic concern groups, and learning burnout and high school student groups in a widespread and serious phenomenon. In this study, high school students as the research object, based on the theory at home and abroad, the students 'mental capital, the preparation of the students' mental capital questionnaire explored the development of students 'mental capital, to explore students' mental capital the relationship between coping styles and learning burnout; Finally, on the basis of the results of this study, the authors propose school students' mental health education practice. In this article, first described the problem of the background and significance of this study, and to develop appropriate research framework based on the purpose. The study used interviews, questionnaires and statistical analysis method of combining the preparation of the students' mental capital questionnaire, the reliability and validity of the questionnaire meets psychometric standards. On this basis, the 500 high school students conduct a formal test and questionnaire data obtained for statistical analysis and processing, Psychological Capital Questionnaire for the preparation of high school students confirmatory factor analysis, the indicators are up to standard, indicating that this questionnaire. At the same time, the relationship between students' mental capital, learning Burnout and coping styles. The results showed that: (1) empirical data confirm students 'mental capital constituted by four factors, namely self-efficacy, optimism, hope and toughness, the preparation of students' mental capital questionnaire has good reliability, validity, in line with psychological surveying standards. (2) The study found that high school students psychological level of capital the grade differences; boys than girls on self-efficacy, optimism, toughness and psychological capital out of a very significant; the begotten students hope level significantly higher than the non-exclusive raw students; students from urban and rural areas was no significant difference in the level of psychological capital. (3) Learning Burnout Overall, High School, Middle School students' learning burnout levels were significantly higher than high. (4) gender differences in coping styles. (5) psychological capital and learning burnout showing varying degrees of negative-related and psychological capital can effectively predict the level of learning burnout; psychological capital and deal with the way also exists a significant correlation, and psychological capital coping style also has a significant role in forecasting; deal with way of learning burnout there are different correlations, coping style can predict the learning burnout; (6) On the whole, coping styles play a very significant part of the intermediary role between psychological capital and learning burnout. From the microscopic point of view, play different degrees of partial or fully mediated by different factors in coping styles between psychological capital factor and learning burnout factor. The psychological capital theory is extended to the field of secondary school students 'mental capital and Learning Burnout and coping styles were studied in the context of Chinese culture, help to improve the domestic scholars and school education on students' mental capital attention, is conducive to the development of psychological education in schools, but also wish to contribute to further enrich and improve mental capital theory.
