Abstract


Beijing officially announced on November 19, 2004 \the development of the fashion industry , the construction of a cultural context , leading technology , guide the fashion world fashion capital . \the point is New York has gradually worked out a more complete fashion system suitable for the development of their own city . New York 's fashion system is divided into two essential components , a garment industry itself is , and the other is to make contact with close urban cultural industries . Fashion designer and Designers Association is connected to this important link between the urban culture and urban fashion close fit . This paper first introduces the concept of the fashion system , and focuses on the process and characteristics of the formation of the New York fashion system , Second summed up the successful experience of the construction of the New York fashion capital ; then the construction of the status quo of the the Beijing fashion capital \and two cities the analog ; final few suggestions .
