Abstract


Since the criminal law was revised in1997,the NPC Standing Committee have concluded eight amendments about the criminal law, in order to adapt our law to our country economy and the social aspects of the tremendous changes, to making up for the law’s lag. So it can ensure the prevention and regulate the crime action.From the amendment of criminal law in1999to the amendment eight in2011, every amendment’s emergence is based on our national conditions, to maintaining and promoting social and economic development in the field of law. and it also respects the criminal law regulation of several prominent criminal conducts and the current problems. According to the need of judicial practice in our country, it presents the form and content’s double characteristics.This paper consists of three parts:introduction, body and conclusion.The text introduced an overview of the overall distribution of the eight Amendment of Criminal Law sequentially.That’s the features on formal,Such as The Expansion of the Subject in Criminal Law Amendment. Except the <Criminal Law Amendment> in1997is developed by the National People’s Congress,the slip law and Amendment subsequently issued are all passed by the NPC Standing Committee; The Consistency ways to Correction method. the NPC Standing Committee has nine amendments made to the existing criminal law, Except for The <Decision> Promulgated in1998used The slip criminal law mode, The other eight are all used the Criminal Law Amendment model; The openness mind in Amendments.The direct result of this trend is the Mutual penetration of international criminal law and domestic criminal law;Amendment solicit for public comment, The time of Entered into force and the penalties become sanity,Make the Criminal Law Amendment more democratic and scientific. reflecting the progressive of the amend technology; The time Reflects the High-frequency of correction. The content of the Criminal Law Amendment showing the characteristics such as Specialized object, extensive range and advantage viewpoint.
