Abstract


With the rapid development of computer technology andnetwork technology, humanity has full access to the information society.The result of the information society is the information explosion."Information explosion" has developed a wide range of digital tools forknowledge management, one of the most commonly usedcost-effective is digital electronic notebook. But now these digitalnotebook for the respective user groups have different emphases, theyface a variety of digital notebook for users or organizations are notfamiliar with or do not often use digital notebook tool is difficult to findthe notes tool.Knowledge management, including knowledge of learning,knowledge preservation, knowledge use, knowledge sharing,knowledge innovation, the five basic aspects. This article through allaspects of knowledge management, knowledge learning, knowledgepreservation of knowledge use, knowledge sharing, knowledgeinnovation, compared to the role of each digitized notebook onknowledge management onwardss, as well as in knowledgemanagement, digital notebook tool which has the effect. Propose waysand means of knowledge management in the information technologyenvironment, knowledge management, information technology underthe conditions of the new reference and guidance, so that eachpersons knowledge management to achieve optimal results, andultimately achieving knowledge innovation.Analysis of the five dimensions of knowledge management,and illustrates the importance of knowledge management based onfive dimensions of knowledge management;Comparison and analysisof digital notes tool based on the five dimensions of knowledgemanagement, knowledge management dimension to the learners from the learners personal knowledge management dimension ofcollective;use of a comparative analysis of the results obtained underthe conditions of use of digital notes tool to achieve the knowledgeinnovation
