Abstract


Since the start of the industrial revolution, science and technology has been a major force in promoting economic development, the development of the city along with the progress of industry and marked with the imprint of industrial culture. Witness the unique history as an important carrier of the spirit of the geographical and the development of the times and social outlook the industrial heritage inherent meaning of the times and its inherent value is inestimable, should be used as valuable human heritage resources included in the protection of the heritage of human civilization. And identification of the industrial heritage identification and use of protective is a complex and huge project, and thus international cooperation and assistance is necessary. Industrial heritage protection has become an important issue of concern to all countries in the world. International protection of industrial heritage shorter exercise time is not mature in the field of research and practice, the country's economic and cultural development are not the same, also varied industrial heritage breadth and depth of knowledge and research, in the existing system and framework to better promote the world's attention on the industrial heritage and protection, strengthen international exchanges and collaboration is worthy of further study. Under the premise of evolution in concept of retroactive industrial heritage, conceptual analysis as the starting point to clarify the meaning of the industrial heritage of classification, the links and differences between the value and related concepts. Legal philosophy, the legal basis of the international protection of industrial heritage. And the use of the inductive method, as the center of the World Cultural and Natural Heritage Convention \the overall analysis and explanation. Integration of international legal protection of industrial heritage formed by the existing international conventions and treaties path analysis to clarify the thinking of the concept of international legal protection of industrial heritage, foundation and path. The final list and comment on the world's industrial heritage conservation practices, and contrast the current situation of the domestic and foreign industrial heritage protection, the protection of China's industrial heritage recommendations for improvements to the industrial heritage protection research to provide new ideas and new methods. This article includes four aspects: the first part is an overview of the industrial heritage. Clarify the course of the evolution of the concept of industrial heritage, industrial heritage of the definition, classification and analyzes the connotation of the concept of industrial heritage, value structure, the relationship between industrial heritage and related types of cultural heritage. The second part is an overview of the legal basis of international protection of industrial heritage. Clarify the legal concepts of the international protection of industrial heritage. Focus from national sovereignty, international human rights and international environment three perspectives analysis of the legal basis and foundation of the international protection of industrial heritage. The third part is mainly inductive analysis of the industrial heritage of international protection legal path. According to the provisions of the relevant international legal instruments, the the industrial international protection legal path: international environmental law protection, the protection of international humanitarian law and international human rights law protection. International environmental law protected mode is the most mature, the most widely used mode, the core system of the World Heritage List. The Directory system improves the visibility of the industrial heritage, the attention of the world, played an important role in the protection of industrial heritage. The fourth part is the Comment on the industrial heritage conservation practices against a sovereign state. Reviewed countries Industrial Heritage Protection successful experience and excellent examples, compared to the practical situation at home and abroad, put forward suggestions for improvement of China's industrial heritage protection.
