Abstract


Legal faith is the inner feelings of legal phenomena and the formation of social subjects agree on the legal value of the firm belief in and respect for the law, is the sublimation of the public to consciously abide by the law. In today’s socialist rule of law in the construction process, our institutional framework has been basically formed, also made a series of progress, but there are still problems of one kind and challenges, lack of belief in civil law is a great deal of embodied. So are universities, first of all, college students with a legal basis for certain knowledge, recognizing the legal status and role in the society, enhancing overall concept, but the vast majority of students’awareness about the law only in the emotional stages, lack of accurate rational knowledge of basic spirit of modern rule of law. The majority students can achieve observe law and discipline, exercises the authority legally, the fulfillment duty, but the law of value also failed to convert their value objectives pursued, still not consistently adhere to the law as their faith. College students is the backbone of the future Socialist, awareness of their legal situation will have a direct bearing on the effectiveness of the construction of the Socialist concept of the rule of law. So it must be good make up "law faith formation" this course tries to cultivate the law consciousness of University students, enhance their legal sense of identity, and thus to foster students’legal belief, raising their awareness of democracy, which is the current higher education imperative of responsibility and obligation. Cultivates the university student law belief is our country modernization need, also is constructs the socialism country under the rule of law the inevitably request, is helpful in trains the university student to the law the respect and the trust, promotes the university student to believe the law, the advocation government by law unceasingly, thus causes university occurrence of trouble being compelled to obey the law for obeys the law voluntarily, obeys the law from the compulsion to the conscience obeys the law, obeys the law from the heteronomy to the autonomy obeys the law.
