Abstract


SMEs are good prospects for development in the market economy type of business. SMEs in China after the rapid development since the reform and opening up, has become an important force to promote rapid economic growth. As a result, capital markets services specifically for small and medium enterprises, especially high-tech enterprises - the GEM market came into being. GEM market in China has just set up in the legal system are still inadequate. Normal operation and healthy development of the perfection of the legal system for the GEM market has played a crucial role. This article discusses the legal system and the legal issues arising for the GEM market is divided into three parts: introduction, body, conclusion. Introduction part the paper topics based on current research and research methods employed by the paper. The body part is divided into four chapters.
