Abstract


Outdoor sports as an emerging sport was favored by the majority of college students because of its own particularity, At present,outdoor sports is developed in the form of a mass organizations in our colleges and universities, University sport associations as an important forces played an important role in the development of China’s outdoor sports, This paper uses the method of questionnaire survey, expert investigation method, case studies and research, In order to optimize the reform of university sports associations as a starting point, This paper carried out a detailed analysis of the development status and problems of the Beijing University sport associations, on the other side, It take example by Beijing several mature professional college outdoor sports clubs so that learn its mature outdoor sports community management experience, so as to promote the healthy development of the Beijing University sport associations.The results showed that:Most of the universities and colleges in Beijing set up outdoor sports clubs and societies larger scale, but because the impact of high influence and practical experience of outdoor sports the University sport associations between different specific table in societies organization and management, sources of funding, professional equipment; Beijing University sport associations funding sources of the overall diverse forms, But mainly to membership dues, Due to the constraints of the school’s own awareness and community influence, the University sport societies there are differences in the source of funding, And Societies funding is mainly used in the update and purchase of the organizations and equipment of outdoor activities; Although the associations carry rich in content, the frequency of activities and the activities of the formal activities did not achieve the diversification of forms of organization, and most colleges and universities outdoor sports communities lack the practice and experience in organizing large-scale outdoor sports; The members in Beijing University of outdoor sports Club have certain understanding of outdoor sport, But as a result of the school sports community size and their participation of outdoor practice experience of limit, Membership for outdoor sports knowledge is at a shallow level, Especially for the outdoor sports industry and outdoor sports injury is less well understood.For the existing problems in the development process of the Beijing University sport associations, This paper presents the following recommendations:University sport associations have explicit targeting; The college outdoor sport clubs to be good at integration of internal and external resources, rich community activities; Established universities outdoor sports community Union Federation, strengthen the associations between the management; University sport associations to strengthen self-construction, perfect societies internal organization; The university outdoor sports associations to build a security system.
