Abstract


Recently, with the development of market economy and the expansion of college, the number of Chinese graduates increases rapidly and the current situation for them becomes severe, resulting in various employment psychological problems among college students. These psychological problems include over anxiety and fear for employment, high job expectation, and the overdependence on societies, schools, and even families. Whether or not these problems can be solved properly will definitely have a great impact on society. Considering this, the research intends to find out the present situation and the main problems of employment psychology existing in college students by the questionnaire survey and aims at finding proper solutions. Analysis and argumentations of this phenomenon are fully extended in this research, concerning the effects from family, society, the transform of high education system, and students’personal psychological factors. Then it provides solutions in a variety of aspects, such as the development of employment policies, the adjustment of high education structure, the perfection of service system, and especially the improvements in students’psychology, which enable contemporary college students to set up appropriate attitude towards employment and enhance their psychological endurance. The increase in students’psychology will benefits them both in lives and in jobs. In this way, this research also enables more students to make better contribution to the modern construction of our society.
