Abstract


With the online gaming industry, there have been some problems to solve and regulate the legal issues , particularly with regard to the legal protection of virtual property issues . Because of existing theories for the network virtual property law property dispute , and our existing laws , judicial interpretations and departmental rules and regulations , for the protection of virtual property there are some defects, leading in practice to protect our network dilemma faced by virtual objects . This article from the physical protection of network virtual logical starting point - the legal property of departure virtual objects , the use of structural analysis, empirical analysis and other means of legal analysis and argumentation , and take it with foreign countries and China's Hong Kong and Taiwan on the physical protection of network virtual a comparative law study , combined with China's judicial practice , put forward on how to improve our online virtual physical protection recommendations. This article will unfold according to a logical order , is divided into five chapters to be discussed . The first chapter will elaborate on the research of virtual objects and methods of motivation .
