Initial stage of reforming and opening, our country began to explore qualityeducation, two years, quality education is also accompanied by a Chinese SchoolPhysical Education and educational change and innovation, can say, advocatingquality education under the environment of China, physical education teachingpractice and reform faced with hitherto unknown development opportunity, especiallyin sports teaching way and method on exploration of attention.In this paper, through the literature material law, the expert interview law,experimental comparison and mathematical statistics, the investigation method of thequestionnaire, logic analysis method for autonomous, cooperative and inquiryteaching theory, teaching foundation, connotation, basic concept, strategy ofimplementation, are studied, through the independent, cooperative and inquiryteaching applied in table tennis special class experiment to arouse students’ activelearning and practice analysis on the enthusiasm of students, to explore awareness andlearning effect analysis, the students’ learning attitude, communication ability andteaching evaluation are analyzedAnalysis results show that, we must be in the sports teaching, teaching way andmethod to reform and innovate, so that students in the learning process not only learnthe knowledge, more want to learn how to use knowledge, not only to master theknowledge, but also to learn how to cooperate, together with the companion study,master the basic knowledge and principle,,.to understand how to use, improveknowledge inquiry ability, so that students not only learn knowledge, but also masterthe teaching methods and skills, only in the classroom can solve these problems, canthe students do well in the future in the teaching process, live learning, classroomlearning use the knowledge of the actual teaching, improving teaching effect.
