Abstract


With the3G licenses restructuring of China telecom industry, formed China Telecom, China Mobileand China Unicom, three full-service operators, and China telecom industry has entered a period offull-service competition. However, weak market share of Internet business, lack of experience in operationand maintenance of Internet, high interconnection costs, asymmetric regulation policy, making ChinaMobile in the pattern of full-service competition is facing many challenges. Based on case, thestrengthening of the Internet gateway monitoring, reducing operating costs and improving service qualityis gong guiding the healthy and sustainable development of China Mobile Internet business topics.The papers detailed analysis on the status and problems of Internet interconnection. The issues ofGuangdong Mobile Internet interconnection quality, user perception and the real bottleneck of the networkquality of service are discussed. This paper focuses on two aspects of Internet interconnection physical linkquality monitoring and user perception communication quality monitoring, devises and realizesGuangdong Mobile Internet interconnection Quality Monitoring System (GMIIQMS). In system process,the scientific and quantitative monitoring methods are adopted. Through the whole network data collectedat the end of Guangdong Mobile, provinces mobile and other operators of the network nodes data, thecomprehensive data warehouse of full network data, user data and application flow data is constructed. Theeffective quality monitoring system includes different dimension analysis of network, business and users.And GMIIQMS provides comprehensive network performance true, objective evaluation indicators, andenhances the level and efficiency of the Internet operation and maintenance.
