Abstract


At present, China Mobile data service development is rapid, the income grows with steady steps. China Mobile at the right moment proposed "grasped the trend of development, planned the layout ahead of time, strove for leading status in new technical and the new domain" developmental strategy. In order to maintain the data service the development tendency, strives for the leading status of the data service, China Mobile should establish the complete data service project feasibility study reference model and the research system.The present paper take the cloud computation, the new area of technology engineering project as the case, complete analysis the feasibility study reference model of China Mobile data service engineering, and gives the relatively perfect, main content and process of data service project feasibility studies. This thesis has a very important significance, in establishing and improving the system of feasibility study for China Mobile, and unified standards of the feasibility study, as well as the guidance data services engineering construction.
