Abstract


Junior IT professional development of teachers in our society is a new field of study related to IT education and professional development of teachers. With the deepening of China's basic education information propulsion and a new round of curriculum reform, the status of IT education in the field of basic education in China has become more prominent, but the key to the success of IT education in junior high school teachers in information technology are able to get professional development. In China, research on the professional development of teachers relative to foreign start late, and the professional development of teachers in junior high school IT is weak. The junior high school the IT teacher professional development on the subject to deepen the research work in this field. Yanbian State since 1998 gradually to include information technology education in the school curriculum plan, over the years, has made significant progress in Yanbian State junior IT education. Statewide all junior high all the IT courses as a required course set up IT teachers and individual teachers are constantly growing and evolving. In this study, first developed the \conducted a survey, the survey results application SPSS17.0 statistical analysis. Analysis of the Yanbian area junior high school teachers of IT professional development status, comparing urban and rural areas, towards the family and Han information technology teachers in each dimension differences, analysis of the impact of the different stages of the junior high school information technology teacher professional development factors, the analysis of the various factors at different stages of junior high school the impact of differences in information technology teacher professional development, explore the professional development of teachers in junior high school IT promotion measures for different stages of development. Data obtained through a questionnaire survey and statistical analysis, the following conclusions: 1, the the Yanbian area junior high school information technology teacher professional development overall level close to the higher level. 2, close to the higher level of Yanbian area junior high school information technology teacher professional development attitude, but the acts of professional development level is not high. Urban and rural areas, Han and Korean IT teacher professional development level differences. 4, the Yanbian area junior high school teachers of IT expertise, professional ability, professional development, behavior there is a significant difference. 5 individuals, families, schools, professional organizations, and social factors such as varying degrees of impact on the various stages of IT professional development of teachers. The main factors of the various stages of IT professional development of teachers, the following recommendations for each stage: 1 for the novice stage IT teachers, schools should be adapted to local conditions to select the form of effective induction training teachers grasp the novice stage pre-service education to lay the foundation for the smooth development of teachers. On the other hand, schools should give full play to the teacher role models can be mentoring teaching methods to help teachers develop professional level of the novice stage. 2 For the the IT teachers skilled novice stage, through to give teachers incentives from the work environment, and from the results of the incentive to promote their professional development. IT teachers competent stage, special attention to the important effect of their family; family Competency stage teachers in the the competent stage family of teachers also should pay attention to their impact on the professional development of teachers, professional development for teachers convenient. Business elite stage IT teachers to create opportunities for cooperation or collaboration with universities for teaching and research, its professional level to enhance it with the state or the city's few school recreational; through participation in professional meetings to promote their professional development.
