In the 21st century, the spread of the Internet applications quickly change people’s lives and thinking way, the way education and learning are both changed in the wave of this informatization, the global information revolution of education came into being. Facing the education informatization rolling waves, countries in the world are accelerating the pace of international education competition to seize the commanding heights. The level of Education informationization has become the discretion to measure a country’s important mark of comprehensive strength. As an important part of the basic education reforms and development, the informatization of education has become the indispensable way.For the reason of imbalance development level between different area in our country, the start point and emphases are various in different area, therefore, the actuality of information-based education and issues occurred in the course of its construction are different in thousands ways. Fujian Province is in the southeast China, is the major force of economic construction of the west coast strait. In the past Eleventh Five-building, based education informatization construction has achieved a breakthrough development, however, there still remains exist problems such as imbalance between regions. Only based education informatization construction of Fujian province work experience in a comprehensive summary, ascending experience to better meet the challenge of Twelve Five-building.To research by literature, survey and action, this paper based in education information of Fujian Province, puts forward to the research in details on five aspects:the infrastructure construction and application, the Curriculum integration between Information technology and curriculum, the staff (teachers and students) skills building, the management system and operation mechanism. After that, the author processing data by combining quantitative and qualitative analysis, try to put forward some pertinent resolving strategy towards the problem mentioned above to boost the construction course of elementary information—based education informatization in Fujian province, data through a combination-based education region.of quantitative and qualitative analysis, analysis of basic education in Fujian Province of information technology has Some of the achievements and problems. From reality, combined with the current actual situation in the province of Fujian Provincial Department of Education and the next development plan, put forward the feasibility of targeted solutions and there is a certain strategy to promote basic education in the region, the process of building information technology.
