This paper discusses the whole process of the cementing construction management system which is under the network environment, based on C/S framework WPF platform, from the system requirements analysis to the system design, system development and implementation. System uses the C/S structure based on WPF technology, horizontal menu navigation, SQL2008as a database system; the key techniques used in the process of developing the system are dynamic data window technology and data importing and exporting technology, by the exporting and importing of SQL file, achieve data sharing, by the manipulating of EXCEL documents, realize the inputting and exporting of bulk data. By the functions, the system is divided into several key modules, data entry, data storage, data query, data analysis and statistics, production operation, user management, these basically meet the needs of data management of well cementing site.The cementing construction management system mainly include three parts,cementing construction data management, production operation management, cementing construction personnel and material management, cementing construction data management include data inputting, management, analysis, storage, query, statistics, output etc.. Data input can be directly manually fill in, also can be directly introduced from the database, but also can be introduced from other data format (EXCEL).if want to save data, need to save the data need to retain to the address or the database specified; Statistics is the counting of the cementing quality, and the formation of a pie chart; data query can query the basic construction parameters in cementing construction parameters, cementing, cementing the personnel information, cementing technology statistics; the output is some need cementing data saved to Word preserved, in these documents, there is statistical data, evaluate cementing quality, key technology of cementing summary etc. Cementing operation management is pointing out the key link in the process of cementing construction, make the timely adjustment of personnel and material, display production tasks dynamic state, vehicle and personnel dynamic state, Material preparation dynamic state, cementing operation dynamic state. Let technical personnel responsible for the links to carry out according to regulations, to ensure that the scientific and safe cementing process, improve the cementing efficiency construction. Through the development of cementing operation management system for dynamic task management module and real-time task processing module to achieve the dynamic management of production task. By the development of cementing operation management system, can manage the productive task of the first party, and dynamic display, and realize the effective dynamic management of material data in other aspects of the production process such as water, cement, admixture, casing and personnel, vehicles. To fully grasp all units’ focus and vehicles, equipment arrangement. Through the above steps, greatly improve the cementing operation efficiency, reduce the cementing cost, realize the sustainable development of the cementing, and ensure the effectiveness of cementing construction, science and safety. Cementing the construction personnel, material management is equipped with the use of materials and understands the circumstances in the post, equipment for well cementing, efficient, scientific, safe construction ready. There are the management authority in the construction managements above, to ensure the safety of cementing operation and confidentiality of operation data, only provide security authority for management, stick out a mile in the LAN preparation, construction of cementing before operation, construction parameters, to ensure the smooth construction process, provide timely accurate query and reference for subsequent cementing design.The above research is achieve by authors in research project of "complete cementing construction management system", according to the theory and design of the method presented in this paper, based on the SQL Server2008database, using the WPF programming language, to form the "cementing construction management system". System software runs on the Windows operating system, including the input module, design module and output module. System interface is simple, operation is simple, calculation is accurate, the picture and its accompanying essay are both excellent, able to work out the results and output it in the form of word.The system has been tested on the cementing operation of multiple block, tested and evaluation of outstanding software interface is beautiful and smooth, fast and convenient way of input, scientific and reasonable calculation, to meet the requirements of field cementing construction, provides a query and reference data for cementing designer and construction personnel, provides a scientific way of data management for cementing data manager, completed the great-leap-forward development of the cementing data from manual management to software management.
