The online game industry is an emerging sunrise industry. In Recent years, online game market has been growing and thriving continuously. Meanwhile, the game development technology is also growing up and improving itself. The Artificial Intelligence (AI) module, owing to its significant influence upon the quality of interesting and lifetime of game, plays a pivotal role in the success of a game development.This study analysed the typical characteristic and implement of an AI behavior decision-making system in the development of an online game. Moreover, several common problems in this system, including Behavior Mutant, Behavior Conflict, Role Status and the realization of Mutual Cooperation Behavior, were proposed for corresponding solutions and discussed for concrete realization and optimization in details. At present, without the breakthrough of Game AI technology, it is one of our key works to design a more standardized and universal AI behavior decision-making system by means of integrating and synthesizing the merits of multiple technologies now available.
