Abstract


With the change of economic system and the transition of social structure, especially with the further development of higher learning education system and the influence of increasing enrollment of the universities, the issue of the vulnerable group of college students in our country has become more and more prominent. The issue of the vulnerable group of college students will inevitably have an effect on the development, harmony and stability of the universities. We can say that the issue has become the social issue focused by society, family and university. Our government, colleges and other organizations always pay much attention to this issue. They set up a series of policies and measures gradually, thus have made some progress. However, there are still some problems to rescue system of the vulnerable group of college students. So setting up an effective rescue system of vulnerable group of college students in china, modifying the policies and measures which we have now, studying and solving the issue of the vulnerable group of college students will make great sense on improving the all-round development of the college students, building the harmonious campus and promoting the construction of the well-off society and socialist harmonious society.In addition to introduction of this article, the concluding part, the body is divided into three parts:The first part. Definiting the vulnerable groups of colleges and universities. First of all, vulnerable groups of society that has been defined as the relative concepts, which leads to the relationship between colleges and universities vulnerable groups and vulnerable groups of society.put forward the concept of vulnerable groups, vulnerable groups, colleges and universities to determine the scope of the study and carry out the corresponding standards follows need.The second part.Basing on articles I have read, the immediate relief to vulnerable groups colleges and universities that existed in, and starting from the problem summarized the causes of the problemThe third part. Carrying out measures in accordance with the current problems existed in rescue of vulnerable students groups in colleges and universities. According to the reasons for such problems given the appropriate proposals.This article based on the analysis of the reasons for the problems existed in current actions taking for rescue of vulnerable student groups in colleges and universities,attempting to propose solutions to help vulnerable student groups in colleges and universities, hoping to provide theoretical support for rescue of vulnerable student group in colleges and universities.
