Abstract


China’s sports enterprises, sports are important elements in the promotion of the working the physical and mental health people to strengthen the management, enterprise and promoting production and scaling an important means for cultural and organizational forms and in socialist construction in our country has been playing an important role, a unique form of enterprise culture, sports and culture. The text of the sports and cultural situation in Henan province and research the countermeasures is to realize and master Henan employees, and for sports enterprises, sports research and development foundation for practice.Through the survey found Henan employees of the role of conflict, sports are living environment, the quality of life and culture. Employees work was too tired, "" and "work" is a burden they can not take part in physical exercise of the main reasons. Time is no guarantee that it affects the physical consciousness. The three is the result of henan large enterprises and workers not participate in the exercise of the most important subjective reasons, reflect the current employees of henan province to take less time, the workload, high strength of character.This article have mainly adopt the information and interview, the logic of experts, research and analysis, comprehensive use of sociology, sports, economics, in other subjects related to our enterprises, sports and culture of the basic connotation, content, and cooperate further explore and study to the theory of the first deals with modern enterprise culture.From Henan enterprises sports activities of the present situation and develop sports enterprise countermeasures: strengthen the administrative means and to improve enterprise management mechanism, the strengthening of the sports and physical body of development of sports and physical and social sports enterprises, sports meet increased in intensity, strengthening enterprise sports commercial operations, strengthening enterprise management and sports training.
