Abstract


Small and medium enterprise is important component of Chinese new industrial structure, and plays a crucial role in the economic development, the development of SMEs in large part rely on modern information means. It is the main way of solving the management level of the enterprise and business operation level lag behind for small and medium enterprise the information construction that with the help of computer technology network technology and software technology. In view of the SMEs development and the purchase-sell-stock management system is one of the important topics that puzzle many software developers.This paper is based on the actual project of Daqing Hongda Macro electric appliance; describes the necessity of the purchase-sell-stock management system in the SMEs, combined the actual situation and the special needs of enterprise, create development system structure based on C/S mode, guarantee the system of data security, and speed up the operation of the system speed. The paper also elaborated the whole process of analyses, design, and practice of Macro electric appliance according to the software development ideas of software engineering. The paper give out system analysis stage and the cause of the data flow chart and use case diagram, the function of the system design stage structure, UML dynamic modeling sequence diagram and the activity diagram and database design phase of the various table structure, and, the measuring method of putting into operation system before the white box and black box combined.Hongda Macro electric appliance purchase-sell-stock management system contains nine modules, such as basic information management, purchase information management, sales information management, money can be pumped management, inventory information management, information management, statistical analysis management, function management, and system help management. Each module consists several sub modules, work together to reach the appliance purchase-sell-stock management system.The paper adopted Delphi 7 as a development language, the backend database for SQLSERVER 2000 database management system for module’s realization, make full use of the Delphi 7 rich control function and SQI SERVER2000 strong data management function. make the whole system has strong practicability and pertinence. During the system development pay attention to data security through the permission Settings and logon authentications to make sure the system has a good safety performance.So far, the purchase-sell-stock management system has been put into operation of Macro electric appliance, and has achieved good effect of operation; meet the expected of the enterprise.
