Abstract


PropertyInsurance established a system-wide support for the whole process IT systems of all types of insurance, application systems have basically covered the insurance value chain, but due to various reasons, unstructured information support has been inadequate. from a systems perspective, a single image management system can solve that an existing image module difficult to adapt to business requirements and large volumes of unstructured data problem is managed.in order to achieve the scientific management and efficient use of unstructured data, to strengthen central control, to ensure data integrity and correctness of the focus on risk control and business processes, to improve efficiency, to manage standardize. Focus on a single image system to achieve company-wide data sharing, enhance risk management and control of business data, timely detection of problems, rapid increase in underwriting, claims service quality, improve competitiveness and service levels. Information technology is the core competitiveness of modern enterprises an integral part of business and services, competitive information technology embodied in the actual final competition, therefore, working out a complete set of core focus is a single image management system for centralized operations management an important guarantee.There are many documentation in the insurance company’s daily business operation, such as the application form, insurance,and so on, is very important original documents, the insurance company must have a sound management practices to manage these original documents, at present these data primarily to the paper form of preservation, the transfer, organize, archive, post access to are mainly manual, labor-intensive, manual retrieval is slow, inefficient, resulting in a series of problems.As to the project of Property Insurance for image management system focused on a single, this article fully considers the requirements of the business development strategy, project objectives and scope of the insurance industry and the existing digital asset management platform should follow the standards and technical constraints to CMMI5 approach to project management,the process of project developments is implemented strictly to ensure the smooth progress of the project. This project adopts the MVC design patterns and UML description tools, We have finished requirements analysis and system design, established a solid foundation for system design, unified the design standard, ensured the software quality, lowered the costs and reduced the risk.Property Insurance concentrate out of a single image management system which base on the subjects of digital asset management software platform is a basic framework, to allow the architecture to support existing or subsequent development of content management-related applications, capable of a unified and safe way to support regional, inter-departmental, cross-system sharing of unstructured data, unstructured data to enhance the application value. The Division of digital asset management software platform for stability and efficiency of the basic requirement is that the platform is designed to withstand multi-service system, the mass of unstructured data request.In summary, we have fully analyzed the Property Insurance business requirements and reflect the users individual, design and development of a backup set for Insurance centralized workflow management system, a single image.Hoping in the second five the insurance industry planning, to promote the insurance industry to further enhance the level of information, to take advantage of this opportunity for development to achieve the industry by leaps and bounds.proactive development, with a view to focus on a single image on the domestic management system to promote the practical application of some, thus promoting the insurance industry in the deployment of information degree under the five-second.
