In the mean time, classroom management, the kernel and important content of schooling and teaching, has strong direct influence on the effective of class teaching. In modern education nowadays, pupils spend most of their time in the classroom. Thus the quality of classroom management is powerfully concern with pupils in the development of the children’s body and mind. Therefore the research of the methods and the techniques of high efficiency in classroom management is one of the most important territories for each teacher to delve into.Primary school mathematics class teaching has three prominent characteristics:Firstly, the Life Character. Mathematics originates from life and is the reflection of social realities, and applies to practice in life. Mathematics class teaching means the focus and concern on what pupils care for, what they are interested in, what they find in life. Secondly, the Reality Character. Mathematics, for pupils, is a process of building the links between abstract mathematics and concrete mathematic practice, and it is also a procedure of mathematic’redevelopment’. Thirdly, the Embodiment Character. Mathematics class teaching should become a best place for pupils to experience, practice and solve problems. By participating in the funny mathematics activities, pupils can get all-round development naturally.Lower grade pupils are naive, artless and enthusiastic with incomparable abundant imagination and curiosity. But simultaneously they have the following characteristics:they will easily get tired in learning, they can easily get distracted, they are weak in self-discipline ability, they are keen to express themselves yet they are not good listeners. As mathematics teachers of lower grade pupils, we are always concern with high efficiency classroom management to help pupils learn easier, more actively and more interestedly.Presently, majority of the researches on classroom management formation carry on from theoretic and practice operation, and less of the researches based on studying subject classroom management, especially that of lower grades. Thus it influences the depth and extent of the research on studying classroom management. This research is about to study the mathematics classroom management in lower grades. The ways of this study are questionnaire inquiry, archival research and observation experiment. This research will do with high efficiency classroom teaching management, high efficiency mathematics class teaching arrangement and other related topics to enhance the strategy of high efficiency mathematics classroom management in lower grades of the primary schools, thus to improve the classroom teaching efficiency.
