Abstract


In this paper, we make a thorough discussion about the key technology of message classification combined with text classification method of Bayesian classification and Bigram word segmentation method, we present double message filter model and to improve traditional text classification, and effectively improve the message text classification accuracy and applicability.This paper first introduces researches on the traditional text classification, reviews the text categorization of the existing achievements. Here we introduced several important knowledge of text categorization, including the text segmentation, text representation, feature selection, classification methods and evaluation standards of classification efficiency, etc. Then we points out the importance of text classification with the continued development of the information.Then, this paper discussed the difference between the message text content and the traditional classification, this paper introduces unique characteristics when relative to common text. Many of the existing classification algorithm that apply directly to the message effect is not ideal, it can’t effectively to message classification; At the same time, the present research are mostly in the PC platform on message processing, while less research on mobile phone application environment, so the study of mobile terminal of message classification algorithm has a certain theoretical and practical significance. According to the mobile terminal operation ability and storage capacity, this paper does not use large participle word library, but the simple Bigram word segmentation method, we make pretreatment by means of removing stop words segmentation, get the message content feature vector. Less amount of calculation, quick speed, the effect is more ideal. Due to the Message relative to the general text, has its unique external characteristics, this paper puts forward a double filtering message classification model, according to external features we can make preliminary classification, for not sure of message again for message text classification. Through the continuous accumulation data concentration of Message is adopted in this paper, a new study to be automatic learning algorithm, let classifier to operation on a regular basis, adjust the word prior probability, so as to improve the accuracy of classification system.Finally, we make experimental evaluation on the realized Android system message classifier. The result shows that this system has higher classification accuracy and meets the design requirements.
