Abstract


In order to enhance the quality of the scientific research product which is created by the scientific research department of the university, supervise and control the process of scientific research production effectively, according to the need of the quality control office of scientific research department, a quality control and evaluation information system of research project is designed and implemented.This system is based on B/S structure mode, and take Microsoft Visual Studio 2005 and SQL Server 2005 as develop terrace, three-layer structure, realizing by C#.In the first, this paper has introduced the develop terrace of the system, then analyses the system requirements detailedly, and design the system structure collectivity. At last, this paper introduces how the function of all the modules comes true.What’s more, It introduces the module of log on, background management, and item group user information management and how it’s function comes true detailedly.Moreover, the design process of the system’s security is elaborated as well.
