Coal is extensive use of energy in our country, but in most of the coal mine enterprises in the production process of inevitable to produce all sorts of poisonous gas. These poisonous gas really become the atmosphere important sources of pollution, A serious threat to human health and safety. Real-time accurate detection of coal production process the harmful gas produced is very important.The new core components of gas sensors, which was use integral structure of the new gas absorption ball room. A new way about gas concentration detection, which was adopted a new algorithm for integrating sphere. LED’s wavelength modulation is realized by the modulating on fiber grating and piezoelectric ceramics to obtain narrowband output light of gases, and filtered into the integral goal which equipped with a certain volume fraction of the gas, due to the incident light gas selective absorption and integrating sphere attenuation, light intensity is abate, using integral ball algorithm calculates the damping decrement under no measuring gas, and then calculate the gas absorption due to poor light intensity decays, finally calculate gas volume fraction, this is a new method for gas monitoring. Experiments show that the presented scheme is high accuracy and good repeatability.
