Abstract


With the theory of system as the guide, this paper regards the international freight forwarding export container shipping activity and the process control as the main research object, in order to analysis the coordination problem between the international freight forwarding enterprises and the consignors, shipping companies and the overseas cooperation agencies. Through the deeply research and analysis of the international freight forwarding export container shipping processes and using the method of system dynamics, the paper constructs the coordination model of the international freight enterprises export container shipping system.Firstly, the paper defines and analyzes the system of the international freight forwarding enterprises container shipping while mining and exploring the causal interaction among the main body of the whole system. Secondly, the paper divides the subsystem by the system characteristics and gives a comprehensive system description by using the model of system dynamics. Finally, an international freight forwarding enterprise will be used as the realistic case to analyze and using the real data for simulation. Then the measures and the suggestions about coordination can be obtained about the enterprise export container shipping activities.The innovations of the paper are as follows:the paper use the method of system dynamics to analyze and explore the problems of system time delay, demand forecast, service satisfaction and cost control and so on of the international freight forwarding enterprises export container shipping system. Through establishing the model and simulation, the paper is making some suggestions about how to optimization the international freight forwarding business operation flow, how to reduce the cost, how to improve the efficiency and how to enhance the quality of service.
