Abstract


Personality traits of the new generation of employees and organizational culture arethe hot issues in the field of organizational behavior and human resourcesmanagement.How to stimulate the new generation of employees to work hard has becomethe unavoidable problem of the managers.From this may see,in today’s workplace,the newgeneration of employee has emerged,and gradually become the main force in theworkplace,their management problems caused the academic research interest and thewidespread attention of the society.Thus with the new generation of employees in theenterprise playing a more and more important,it is very necessary to study for this group.On the current academic research on the new generation of staff is not verymature,relevant research rarely and scattered,not form systematic theory frame.This articlemainly through the new generation of employees and80former employees ofcontrast,find out the differences between the new generation employee and80formeremployees in personality traits and organizational culture factors preference.Andcombining personality traits and organizational culture factors to analysis, summed up thenew generation of employees personality characteristics and organizational culture factorspreferences characteristics,as enterprise in the management of new generation of staff toprovide a reliable theoretical basis.Firstly, the related research results at home and abroad are reviewed and summarized,mainly including the new generation of staff personality characteristics,organizationculture preference in terms of research as well as the new generation of employeespersonality characteristics and organizational culture preference relations research,and onthe basis of previous studies pointed out the deficiencies.Secondly, it defines the concept of the new generation staff and the60employees andthe70employees in this paper.Then it defines the Big Five personality model and theDenison model of organizational culture in detail,as the empirical studies support thetheory.Thirdly,referred to the domestic and foreign research present situation as well as the theoretical analysis,I proposed to the study model and research hypothesis,then use theSPSS and AMOS to analyse the questionnaire data, finally draw the followingconclusions:the new generation of employee personality characteristics on the tissueculture of preference does influence;the new generation of employee in personalitycharacteristics and organization of culture preferences is different from the80formeremployees;the background factors of the new generation employees is not too big effecton the organizational culture choice.Finally, the results of the data analysis are discussed,and based on this I put forwardthe management suggestions of the new generation of the employees.
