Abstract


Now, the trend of economic globalization accelerates more quickly, the modern science and technology advances faster, the industrial structure adjusts rapidly, the international competition becomes more intensely. In fact the competition is the human resources competition, the competition of person number and quality and the competition of human resources development level and selection mechanism. Now the world is faced with the talent shortage more and more similarly, especially the high technology research and development and the operating persons, "The talented person wars" has been beginning. Based on the human resources management theory, using questionnaire survey and statistical analysis method, the paper goes a primary research in connection with the value orientation of talent flow.This paper includes the introduction and the text. The first part is the introduction, it posts the problems from the realistic and theoretic view, and expounds the purpose and significance of the study, the main research contents and methods. The second part is the reality summarize, it expounds the theoretical foundation of the paper-the related research of the flowing of human resources at home and abroad. The third part is the self value orientation analysis of talent flow. From the value orientation analysis of talent flow and the self value orientation empirical study of talent flow, it analyses the self value orientation of talent flow. The fourth part is rational suggestion for the talent flow. Based on that the economic and technological competition is the person competition, from adopting scientific organination controlling, structuring mellow management terrace and achieving logical interaction, it put forward the methods of attracting and sharing the person.This paper’s research purpose is investigating the value orientation of the human resource flowing scientificly, and proposing the measures to stable person and reduce the dimission.
