Abstract


With the development of economic and the continuous progress of high technology, thefierce competition between enterprises Increasingly.Many studies have shown that theworkers are the most important resource, Therefore, discussion the effect on thepsychological capital to the employees’ work performance, for the development and trainingof the staffs’psychological capital, the improvement of the work’s performance is veryimportant to the theory value and the practice value.On the basis of previous research, after consulting the supervisor, experts and theauthor in the enterprise internship, we can divide psychological contains into two areas,task-oriented psychological capital and guanxi-oriented psychological capital, the formerhas four dimensions: forge, tough and tenacious, optimistic and hopeful, self-confidence andbrave, the latter also has four dimensions: modest and stable, gratitude and dedication,respectful and courteous, inclusive and forgive; work performance contains threedimensions: task performance, work dedication and interpersonal promotion.This survey collected 473 effective questionnaires, the data analysis by statisticalproduct and service solutions 16.0, after the descriptive statistics analysis, correlation,analysis, regression analysis, we can see from the result that in addition to the tough andtenacious on the task performance, forge and respectful and courteous on work dedicationdid not achieve significant impact, other dimensions of the workers’psychological capitalhas a significant impact on all dimensions of work performance, namely, task-orientedpsychological capital and guanxi-oriented psychological capital all have significant effecton all dimensions of work performance. In addition, by variance analysis, workers ofdifferent sex in the dimensions of optimistic and hopeful and modest and stable havesignificant differences, the workers have different academic have significant differences inthe dimensions of work dedication, the workers who are working in different units havesignificant differences in the dimensions of forge and task performance.
