Abstract


The sustainable development of our national economy and accelerating urbanization, has led to the prosperity of the real estate industry. Prosperity of the real estate market has brought a good development opportunity for real estate enterprise. However, in the development process real estate also appeared some problems, such as rising house prices and unreasonable supply structure and so on. These phenomena attaches great importance to national economic sectors, the country adopted a series of macroeconomic regulation and control measures, thus, Real estate enterprise is also facing a more severe test.Facing the new situation, Real estate enterprises have to seek new markets and new opportunities, moving on commercial real estate or lining into the smaller cities. Therefore, under the background of the commodities control continuously, Real estate development enterprises adjusting and converting the development strategy of the enterprise so that adapt to the new development situation has the importance.This research includes seven chapters. The first chapter content reviewed on domestic and foreign real estate enterprise strategic transformation research. The second chapter content based on the real estate macroeconomic regulation and control policies in the past two years, analyses the influence on the real estate enterprises. The third chapter analyzes the current situation of real estate enterprises in Zhengzhou city. The fourth chapter draw lessons from successful experience of large-scale real estate enterprises, in order to provide the guidance for real estate enterprises. The fifth chapter studies the real estate enterprise in the face of the new environment should be how to carry out strategic adjustment and development of the conversion. The sixth chapter introduces the real estate enterprises in the transition process should have the corresponding measures. Chapter7for the conclusions of the study, and pointing out the deficiency of this article and the outlook for the future
