Abstract


2010 , China's GDP reached 57,080 billion, surpassed Japan to become the world's second largest economy. Measured by per capita level , China's per capita GDP in 2010 was $ 4,532 , has been invested in the development cycle theory Dunning in the second stage. This stage is characterized by the most significant foreign direct investment continued massive inflow of foreign direct investment is still small-scale , low-level stage. And so he did , from 1979 to 2010 , China's utilization of foreign direct investment amounted to $ 1.0162 trillion , while the amount of China's foreign direct investment is only $ 304.7 billion . Therefore, timely appropriate to expand the scale of China's foreign direct investment , foreign direct investment to provide the benefits of the government and enterprises should arouse more and more attention . As with Chinese geographical proximity , social, cultural , customs same countries with similar economic development model , the Korean foreign direct investment in particular road traveled worthy of our attention and research . In this paper, combing Korea since 1959 has nearly half a century of foreign direct investment in the historical context and development process , summarize and analyze foreign direct investment in Korea in the initial and steady growth , rapid development, self- adjustment by showing different periods different characteristics , as well as South Korea 's foreign direct investment in China can learn from the policies and practices . On this basis, then proposed to improve government regulation on foreign investment and services , foreign direct investment by domestic industrial structure optimization of the machine , and expand foreign direct investment subject , scope and area , the creation of independent brands such proposals.
