Abstract


China is an economy in transition , and transformation of economic development , to achieve high - quality economic growth is mainly dependent on technological innovation . Aggregates of foreign direct investment as a package of technology, management, human capital and financial capital resources have an important impact on the development of the host country's technological innovation . Not only accept foreign direct investment as a Special Economic Zone of Shenzhen city is also the country 's high-tech industry development , one of the best cities , Shenzhen, after three decades of reform and opening up , the transition from the \. This paper studies the impact of FDI on technological innovation in Shenzhen relationship and how to use foreign investment to improve its level of technological innovation has practical significance . In this paper, based on the research status , first discussed and summarized the theory of FDI on technological innovation impact mechanism and influencing factors , the analysis of FDI through technology transfer and technology spillover impact on the host country's technological innovation as well as summarize about its impact factors of technological innovation . Empirical research , we draw on the latest research , technological innovation inputs and outputs of organic separately , to study the impact of the relationship between the innovative technology of Shenzhen and FDI into Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan as well as foreign direct investment , respectively . The basis of modeling the optional the Multiple Indicator comprehensive representatives variables collected data for the past 15 years . Article the use of statistical analysis , factor analysis, and regression analysis methods of data processing . The results of this study are as follows : in Shenzhen , Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan -funded enterprises on the Shenzhen technology innovation overall negatively influence relations , and other foreign the Shenzhen technology innovation overall was a positive influence on relations ; foreign direct investment is put into affect innovative production through technological innovation out ; other foreign direct investment on the positive effect of the technological innovation in Shenzhen , competitive pressures and technological gap in varying degrees, positive effect on technological innovation . Finally, according to the results of empirical research , relevant results as well as the FDI impact Shenzhen technological innovation mechanism are discussed and put forward policy recommendations .
