Abstract


Financial services outsourcing decisions as the object of study , elaborated on the meaning and classification of financial services outsourcing . Learn from the advanced financial services outsourcing theory , summarize, analyze the financial services outsourcing decision-making in the identification of the core business , service outsourcing decisions , then the contractor to select the three main theoretical results of the process . Although the financial services outsourcing has been widespread concern in the business world , but in the academic research has just started , the relevant guidance and financial enterprises outsourcing decision analysis is uncommon paper end . This study is the make up of the above deficiencies . Three processes in the post -financial enterprises consider outsourcing as the main object of study . In recognition of the financial company's core business , the business activities on the basis of defined financial enterprises , pointed out that the characteristics of the core business epitomizes two centralized and unique aspects of the system analysis model was constructed ; in service outsourcing Object selection process , through the status of financial enterprises outsourcing content analysis , summary of the the outsourcing object selection factors , the use of AHP method to build the outsourcing object decision-making model ; vendor selection , vendor selection process , in full consideration of the factors of the outsourcing strategy constructed from a vendor quality then outsourcer quality and access outsourcer prices three dimensions based on a vendor evaluation index system and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model to build the vendor selection using fuzzy math .
